Refund & Exchange Policy

1-To accept a return or exchange of any product, the following rules must be followed:-

  1. The product must not be used or opened under any circumstances.
  2. You must ensure that the product is in its original condition before opening, in the same shipping conditions.

At Bloomy, our primary goal is your complete satisfaction, so shopping with us is easy, safe, and completely transparent.

We offer an "Easy Return Policy" where you can request a product return within 14 business days from the date of delivery.

Before attempting to return the order, you will need to contact the customer service team to request a return.

After that, we will make the necessary arrangements to deliver the shipment to one of our shipping service providers with the return information, so you must keep the product in the same packaging that it was received in.


2-Refunds:-

  1. In case of cash payment, you will receive the amount with the delivery representative.-
  2. In case of payment by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card within 14 days.

3-Shipping costs for returned products:-

  1. We are more than happy to cover the cost of return shipping when there is an error in the shipment or products.
  2. We will not be able to cover the cost of return shipping if the customer requests to return the product for reasons other than an error in the shipping process or if the product is no longer in a usable state.
